GA Creative Developing Brand for the Kidney Research Institute

GA Creative has acquired a new client, Kidney Research Institute, for a comprehensive branding and design effort. GA will deliver a new brand identity, business papers, and creative standards for the Institute, plus web design, PowerPoint templates, newsletter design, and signage and display materials for tradeshows and its new lab and office space.

"This new win builds on GA's success working with healthcare, non-profit and research organizations, including the Franciscan Health System, Franciscan Foundation and the Institute for Systems Biology," says Jan Sheeley, Director of Business Development.

About Kidney Research Institute

Kidney Research Institute (KRI), a partnership between Northwest Kidney Centers and the University of Washington Division of Nephrology, began in mid-2008 and is one of the first in the United States dedicated solely to kidney disease research studies. The Institute's goal is to aggressively seek new approaches to identifying kidney disease early and preventing its progression, discover better predictors of kidney-disease, find new and effective treatments for advanced kidney disease, and translate relevant research and discovery back into direct and improved care for patients. KRI stud ies include interdisciplinary teams of physicians, scientists and others specializing in cardiology, vascular disease, nutrition and other disciplines in addition to nephrology. Research is conducted in conjunction with the University of Washington, Northwest Kidney Centers, and Harborview Medical Center nephrology department - where KRI currently operates. When the Ninth & Jefferson medical-office building at Harborview is completed in 2009, the Institute will move into that space, to include labs and offices for physicians and researchers.
